Periodontology or periodontics (from Ancient Greek περ?, perí – 'around'; and ?δο?ς, odoús – 'tooth', genitive ?δ?ντος, odóntos) is the forte of dentistry that reviews supporting constructions of teeth, just as sicknesses and conditions that influence them.
